Information for speakers
In order to be able to keep the conference schedule, we would be very grateful if you could save the presentations on the computer in the lecture room during the registration and the coffee breaks. Please ensure that the presentation time does not exceed 15 minutes.
Two speaker prizes (each 500 €) will be awarded! The prizes are sponsored by BACIP.
Information for poster presenters
There will be only one poster session on Monday evening. There is no numbering for the posters, they can be attached to free poster walls. We will provide the materials for attaching the posters to the poster walls. We recommend that you create the poster in DIN A0 format (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm or 841 mm x 1189 mm).
Four poster prizes (each 250 €) will be awarded! The prizes are sponsored by BACIP.
